Brewing & Care

For the cleanest cup: rinse your filter, use a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio, and pour in slow concentric circles. Water just off the boil (about 195–205°F) brings out the brightest flavor.

Hand-wash with warm water and let air-dry. Avoid abrasive sponges to keep glass and ceramic clear.
